Cancellations

  • 60+ days before check-in

  • Full refund of the total booking amount.

  • 30–59 days before check-in
    50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in
    No refund.

  • Bookings made less than 60 days before check-in
    For reservations created within 60 days of arrival, cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking are non-refundable.

NOTES

  • All refunds are calculated on the total booking amount, excluding any bank or transfer fees.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a new reservation under this policy.

  • Third-Party Bookings: Reservations made via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other OTAs follow their respective cancellation policies.
